I'm Ngongo Thierry — a tech entrepreneur, virtual assistant, and builder based in Kigali, Rwanda. I sit at the intersection of technology and real-world problem solving, with a particular focus on making digital tools accessible for African businesses and communities.

My journey started with a simple question: "Why is this still done the old way?" That curiosity led me to launch TableTap, a QR-based digital menu and ordering platform purpose-built for restaurants across Rwanda — and beyond. But TableTap is just one chapter.

I work across multiple disciplines — Virtual Assistant, cybersecurity, IT Support Technician, Data Analyst, Product Builder, helping entrepreneurs and small businesses stay organised, automate repetitive task, and operate more efficiently. I'm ALX and IBM certified, with hands-on experience building real products and supporting real clients.

When I'm not building, I'm researching, prototyping, or thinking three products ahead. I'm drawn to ideas that are deceptively simple but deeply useful.
